The Tibet Museum is organizing an Exhibition titled "Tribute to Peace Apostles" which is a biographical Photographic exhibit on the lives of Mahatma Gandhi and His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, from 3 October 2013. The Exhibition will be held to commemorate the birthday of Father of nation, Mahatma Gandhi, who was born on 2 October 1869. The exhibition brings to light the contribution of Mahatma Gandhi to the Indian Freedom struggle and the principle of non-violence that he followed to pursue the struggle. The biography of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, one of the ardent admirers of Mahatma Gandhi and his principles, will also constitute in the exhibit. The exhibit will feature series of photographs of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, from his childhood to escape to India, his contribution to the Tibetan freedom movement and contribution to the world peace and universal brotherhood. The exhibition will be open to visitors from 3rd October 9 AM onwards and will remain for viewing till 2nd November 2013. The entry to the Museum is free to all. The Exhibition will be open for viewing from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
