The one-week reprieve to big hotels has been criticised by owners of small hotels and guest houses whose power connections were cut about a month ago.
The Himachal High Court ordered Dharamshala to shut down 55 hotels and establishments running illegally in Dharamshala and the surrounding areas of McLeod Ganj and Naddi.
